Orientation, a signed agreement, the Guide Walkthrough, and a Guide Training with practice scenarios. Finish them and you are certified by Grow With Grounded to use the Grounded tools you trained on.

Safety Built In
Consent, the room rule, open questions, and presence in every visit. When harm comes up on its own, you follow the Grounded Response Plan, built on the mandatory reporting law of the state where the visit happens.

Do the people I walk with need the Field Guide?
The Field Guide is for you, the Guide. The people you walk with use The Grounded Way on their own phones, and their answers stay with them.
Where does what I write go?
It stays on your own device, encrypted with your own passcode. You can back it up to a file you keep, so your work stays yours.
What does Certified Grounded Guide mean?
It means you completed Grounded Guide training and are certified by Grow With Grounded to use the Grounded tools listed on your certificate. Each Guide Training you pass adds its tool, and you renew once a year.
Which devices does it run on?
Any phone, tablet, or computer with a current browser. Once opened at home, it keeps working offline.
